One-time NRE charge: When our U.S. facility, Universal Mfg, is used for Prototyping and/or Pre-production, you will not incur additional NRE charges when production quantities are ordered with UMC Global. For all new orders, we perform Pre-Production Engineering and Design for Manufacturability reviews to ensure complete and accurate data prior to proceeding with off shore production.

Local Facility: Our Seattle based facility provides Product Design Engineering, Prototype PCB’S & PCBA’S, Pre-Production support, and Customer Service, eliminating the difficulties of communicating across time zones, cultural and language barriers. Pre-Production or line shortages can also be produced quickly at our local facility.

Project Management: Whether designing, manufacturing, or sourcing your product, our experienced Seattle based project management staff closely monitors your project, each step of the way, to ensure that we meet or exceed your quality expectations and delivery requirements.

Quality Assurance: We fully guarantee our product quality and delivery. In the event a concern or problem arises, our staff will manage all logistics and replacement of product in a timely manner.
UMC Global maintains a sizable Product Liability Insurance policy, should it ever be needed.

Local Warehouse & Distribution: We offer Product Stocking and Distribution Services at our secure Seattle warehouse, at no additional cost, with customized distribution/delivery programs tailored to our customers’ particular needs.
